17th International scientific and practical conference on SCENAR therapy

From 1st to 6th October 2011 RITM OKB ZAO, SCENAR Center - Bulgaria ltd. and SCENAR-Center Turkey will be holding the 17th International Scientific and Practical Conference on SCENAR-Therapy and SCENAR-Expertise “RITM America – SCENAR on five continents”. We invite you to Marmaris (Turkey) where the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas meet.

Conference Place: The luxury "Marmaris Resort" 5* Hotel situated in Hisaronu bay – 100km from Dalaman Airport and 15 km from Marmaris offering lux service at affordable prices.
Marmaris is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in Turkey. It is a world famous SPA resort and a yacht port - a city surrounded by mountains and pines with perfect climate and clear air.

Hotel description: The Marmaris Resort Hotel is built in 1995 and underwent renovation in 2010. It is situated into the bay of Hisaronu without disturbing the natural beach and forest. The building has been constructed within the five stars standards and there are 320 rooms on three floors. The guests will find pebble-sand beach or grass level for sunbathing along the 850 m beach of Hisaronu bay. From the main restaurant terrace, snack restaurant and the ala carte restaurants you have a sea view all over the Hisarunu bay. On the main resort part there is one big main pool, one children pool and one indoor pool. On the Aqualand part there is one big activity pool, one slide pool and one children pool.
Rooms: The rooms have twin beds or double beds and are big enough to add one more bed. 40 rooms have split air cooling system and rest of the rooms have central heating and cooling system (defined hours), satellite TV, minibar (just on arrival day soft drinks), telephone, safe, shower, hair-dryer, balcony or terrace and carpet. 4 of these rooms are specially prepared for handicapped people.
Distance To Airports: Airport Dalaman - 100 km, Airport Bodrum - 150 km.

Mini bar with soft beverages only in arrival day, breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, snack, coffee and cake, dinner, midnight snack, soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks in the main restaurant and at the bars, all animation activities and entertainment, teens and kids animation, beach towel (deposit 10 euro), hamam, sauna, fitness, and mountain biking (within animation program), shuttlebus service, free wireless internet at lobby area.

The climate in the area of Marmaris is very favorable for recreation and various events. Marmaris has a mild Mediterranean climate with many hot and sunny days. Here you can swim in the sea from early April to late October. October is warm and mostly clear, rainy days are an exception. The average minimum temperature is 16° C, and the average maximum - 26° C. The water temperature is about 24° C.

Conference dates: 1-6 October, 2011. A presentation covering the latest innovations and devices will take place on the 1st of October. Upgrades, repairs and service maintenance of devices will be arranged after 2nd of October.

Conference Language: Official languages: Russian and English. Simultaneous translation will be available.

Conference materials and documentation: All materials – abstracts, presentations and reports will be provided on CD (in English and Russian). Best materials will be published in the ’Nondrug Medicine’ journal.

Guidelines for submission of abstracts:
1. Abstracts shall be presented as Power Point presentations (slides) in Russian and/or English.
Restrictions: 20 slides max, total size - not exceeding 15 MB.
When including photos, X-ray pictures, ultrasonic images, etc. in your presentations, please resize them to 800*600, 1024*768 or 1280*1024 in JPEG. Please do not include BMP or TIFF images in your presentations.
2. Full papers (NOT abstracts) shall be submitted in Russian and/or English languages, 10 pages total.
Format: A4.
Text: Font - Times New Roman, font size - 12pt, each new paragraph indented 1.27cm/ 0.5 inch. Margins: top - 20mm, bottom - 20mm, left - 25mm, right - 10mm.
First line: Author name (names), country, city, and company name if necessary. Times New Roman, 14pt, Bold, right aligned.
Second line: Paper title. Times New Roman, 14pt, Bold, all in capitals and centred.
No page numbers.
When including photos, X-ray pictures, ultrasonic images etc. in your paper, please DO NOT resize the images. Image format – JPEG only.

Cultural and entertainment events: All the participants and accompanying persons will be offered a very interesting, exciting and miscellaneous programme of cultural and entertainment events. You will be able to share your ideas and experience, as well as enjoy communicating with other participants, during the excursions and everyday events. The duration of each course is 2 or 3 days. The price is EUR 100. The topics of the training courses can be changed at participants request.
