Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be sent in the original package, in the same condition it was received.
ORDER CANCELLATION
16th International SCENAR Conference fee and Hotel Reservation
To cancel an online order placed with SCENAR Center - Bulgaria, you must contact customer service as soon as possible. Hotel deposit will be refunded if the cancellation order is placed not less than 5 days before arrival! Conference fee is 100% refundable till 15 August 2010. After that date 15% fee applies.
When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name and your contact information.
